Send a text message or a single photo to msg2WP through WhatsApp or a private Telegram bot chat. Once your messaging account is connected to an authorized WordPress site, msg2WP creates a post there.
New posts are saved as drafts by default. Your site administrator can enable automatic publishing if you want messages to go live straight away.
Your WordPress administrator first installs and activates the plugin, then connects the site under Settings → Messenger to WordPress.
Each invitation is for one contact and can only be used once. If it has expired or already been used, ask for a new link.
Use WhatsApp or a private chat with the Telegram bot. You can send plain text and one JPEG or PNG photo per message.
Telegram groups and channels, albums, videos, voice messages, documents, and other non-photo attachments are not supported.
Write the title on the first line and the article text on the following lines. Send the whole article as one message.

A one-line message becomes both the title and the content. Use plain text and line breaks for paragraphs.
Yes. Attach one JPEG or PNG photo, up to 5 MiB. It becomes the WordPress post's featured image. Use the photo caption for your article, with the title on the first line and the content below.
A photo without a caption gets a dated title. Send photos individually; albums and multiple images in one message are not supported.
Check Posts → All Posts → Drafts in WordPress. New articles stay there until you publish them, unless your administrator has enabled automatic publishing.
You can also send /drafts to list recent drafts created through msg2WP. If your administrator has enabled publishing from Messenger, send /publish POST_ID, replacing POST_ID with the draft's ID. For example, /publish 123.
This command only publishes drafts created through msg2WP.
If you have access to several sites, send /sites to see their aliases.

You can only choose sites you are authorized to use.
Yes. Open the post in WordPress to change its title, text, or featured image. Editing the original Telegram message does not update the WordPress post.
Sending the article again as a new message creates a separate post, so make corrections in WordPress.
/sites to check that the intended site is available to your messaging account.Delivery can take a little time, especially for photos. Check for an existing post before sending the same article again. If you're still stuck, email support@msg2wp.com with the details.
Invitation links expire and can only be used once. Ask your site administrator to generate a fresh link in the plugin settings, then open it using the WhatsApp or Telegram account you want to connect.
Opening a link alone does not finish the connection. Send the prefilled message in WhatsApp or tap Start in Telegram, and wait for the confirmation.
Yes. Send /language en for English, /language de for German, or /language es for Spanish.
This changes msg2WP's replies for your messaging contact across connected sites. It does not translate your articles.
